Today's Congressional activity highlighted by Awfulaw may not be the most egregious example of spending. It might be spending a lot of people approve of. What it isn't, is necessary. And right now, the U.S. government needs to STOP spending new money where it isn't necessary. It's like the crew of the Titanic hearing there is water pouring into the hull and hurrying to make sure dinner isn't late.
